Virtual staging is becoming much more common place for empty spaces. Plenty of apps & services that offer this - boxbrownie is a fairly one such service.

Sometimes the pics can be fairly realistic, but more often than not when things just don't quite look right it can be a giveaway. However the argument for is that it gives a good representation or feel for how a space can be utilised. Me Im not so sure.

It is actually common in the Art Nouveau to Art Deco style, which this house has still a few of features from.

I'm guessing the one for €220k. East End, Inishbofin Island, Co. Galway.

The house is in a heap. €220k and you'd have to completely renovate it, rewire it, replumb it, damp-proof it and on and on and on. T'wud be an expensive holiday home.

Those islands are nice to visit an odd time but fecked if I'd like to live there or to have a holiday home there.

It's dreamer money.. You often see it in those kinds of places. Stays on the market for years no one buys. There's a site a few miles north on Inishturk, 85k they're looking for it with no planning permission.
