Came out of the gates rabid and aggressive and didn't let leinster get flowing at all.
Of course, selection and injury/unavailablity stymied leinster, but that's no excuse.

Bookies had this at +26 connacht at the start of the week....

Ferris knows nowt. The other week her man Gareth went to him to ask how Ulster had sorted their scrum and he had literally no idea. Fudged it in such a clumsy way.

Hmmmm... you really don't have to admit that - they're awful commentators too.

Toland is painful, sometimes has good knowledge of scrum matters/laws is about the only plus

Well done to both sides. The on field injuries absolutely ruined Leinster and they did a great job to get anything from that game.

Connacht turned up and deserved the five points. Carty made some crucial plays and the pack were immense.

Great game, both teams left everything out on the pitch but the Connacht lads are all heroes, what a result.

That will make next week interesting. Good win for Connacht - showed much more intensity early on and Leinster being off the pace saw lads getting fairly smashed off the ball.

Line out is a shambles and needs to urgently find some consistency. Sexton is made of glass again and is becoming a bit of a liability.

Two intercepts isn't acceptable. The latter somewhat understandable as we were up against it but Moloney just gave the ball away and will be dreading the review.

We've looked a bit ragged of late, wonder are we leaving too much on the training paddock. The number of players being picked and failing to start is becoming a bit alarming.

Big game now against Ulster - may well decide one half of the final.

Connacht won the game in opening 20 mins, before injuries kicked in.

Carty's first 20 mins was pretty much flawless (other than a missed conversion) and Connacht's midfield defensive pressure completely shook Leinster up.
