A great week outside of that thou, buying a house is a big milestone for us. Onwards and upwards now, diet should be better again from here out.

When I've done it I find it much harder to overeat when there's only a single meal a day, you get physically too full to overeat and then that's it until the next day... Definitely not for everyone but there's merit to it for some imo.
Goose81 wrote: » Agree, I have done diets before and lost alot of weight fasting but it's harder to stick to imo compared to simply making huge meals with the minimum calories possible and eat throughout the day. You don't have to be hungry on a diet if you eat the right foods and meticulously track calories.

The noodles I posted in the previous link, they aren't great, but they will leave you full and that's kind of the point of the things.

Yeah I got something similar to those noodles in Holland & Barrett. Slim Pasta I think its called. Needs a lot of rinsing.

Alf Veedersane wrote: » It isn't really the point though. Eating shouldn't be so joyless. If it's to be a sustainable change where you make better food choices then for quite a few people, noodles and a cup of soup won't cut it. To some it might but at its heart, people need to be able to enjoy food to some degree rather than just eating something that you don't like because its low in calories. Wouldn't take much to knock you off that wagon
