If you're out your back garden sitting by a concrete wall in a sun trap then yes, you might have felt warm, but in general temps in Dublin have only been around average for May - and much colder at night. Everyone's different of course but for me it needs to be at least 18 degrees to start feeling warm. We haven't really had that in Dublin until today bar two or three days.
