Had enough of this lockdown am I the only person feeling like this?

People from the North free to move all over Ireland.
Scab slave labour being flown in on flights.

Travellers totally free to do what they want when they want where they want.

I am working long hours which are deemed essential.

I am going to get out for a decent drive this weekend and head for a beauty spot and get out for a walk and enjoy the sun.

Before you shut me down mods can you answer what harm I will be doing?

Lockdown does not apply to people coming down from the North.

HSE moved sick people with the virus out of hospital into care homes infecting the residents and staff there.

Flights from infection hotspots allowed to continue by the way the virus was imported on flights.

After total compliance and risking infection working with many other people in an essential service since this has started some are saying I will be viewed as a turd for taking a drive on my own for a walk on my own.

To all the people saying hospitals are empty - my daughter was at least 9 hrs waiting in A&E last weekend or a non- Covid issue & ended up in a bed beside a covid patient. So yeah. Now we’re all scared stiff. But to say hospitals are quiet or empty? No they’re not. Not A&E depts anyway.

Im sick to the teeth of this lockdown its dragging on and on... all the stuff i want to be doing i cant, like going to the gym all the plans for holidays i had made none of it.. cant go to pub for a few pints, **** all its a **** buzz.

But its a case of tough ****, we ve a job to do and its as simple as that..so ill be following the guidelines to a tee, ill whinge and grunt about it but it simply has to be done.. and thats the end of it.

Its not gonna last forever we might have to give up our summer but needs must if it protects people.

One thing ive found very helpful is using the time off to improve myself, be it fitness wise, getting a new routine going, doing free online courses ect make the best out of a bad situation try come out the otherside of it abit better than what you were.
