The couple, who were planning to have a family, had moved to Dublin only weeks before the scrambler bike incident. Mr Avetian lost his left eye and suffered multiple facial fractures, including to his forehead. His nasal bones were broken, as was his jaw, and he suffered a severe brain injury and haemorrhage.
The 16-year-old scrambler rider was not charged. He did not appear before a court, but was dealt with by the Juvenile Diversion Programme.

Because with that video you only get one side (even though it contradicts themselves and shows they have no clue how to obey the law - deluded) Edit: Just found out it was supposedly a stolen scrambler incident, by which he was possibly, likely, caught with it, and didn't even have the cop-on to at least admit it, and his family equally had no regard for the law by sticking up for the lad. Ridiculous.. or should I say "REdiculus" << (Facebook is full of that drivel. It's fantastic comedy)
