I'd say maybe it's the camera man indicating he is someone famous.
I have seen plenty of famous people in LA they are mostly left alone.

He isn't that famous atm let's be honest I wouldn't recognise him if I saw him despite seeing films etc he has been in.

I think he is a good actor but his accents can be a tad dodgy...he was very good in killing of a sacred deer...despite a kind of odd accent.

In this show his accent is all over the place as well....
