Sorry, not going there with that particular poster. The murder rate in the south is as it is, for many diverse reasons and is equally as sad as events in NI. One could equally tritely ask, why remain in the UK as it's murder rate is sky high or because of knife crime in London? But one wouldn't, because it is deflectionary bull****.

I am not even going to bother linking them. Most other republican posters on here have a level of respect that you clearly don’t , with your Jaffas etc and you have no difficulty with untruths eg trying to tell us that the official name of the maiden city is not Londonderry. And that’s all in just you last few posts. My apology stands but I really couldn’t give a fiddlers that you reject it ðŸ˜

FrancieBrady wrote: » I condemn anybody who parades to deliberately enflame and taunt. You want permission and blessing to parade logos and symbols of people who terrorised the nationalist communities but yet criticise them when they parade logo's and symbols of people who terrorised your community. It is all wrong and abnormal and feeds off itself. Come out of your bubble and try and see how toxic this is to any concept of normality. Remembering your dead with respect and without taunting and enflaming others can be allowed but it takes people and leaders climbing down off the barricades. Tremendous work on the Apprentice Boys Parades will be sarcrificed because people like Campbell and Wilson will use this to drive vote gaining wedges deep into the community again. And if any republican MLA is doing the same they are equally as culpable and deserving of equal criticism.

As I said, I don't believe that anybody should be parading to deliberately enflame and taunt the other community and that includes SF and republicans. Why in Derry, a band that you say is made up of young people would wear the logo of an army regiment that had killed 14 and injured many more at this time and not understand (and they did apparently, as they agreed not to use provocative symbols) that it was offensive, defeats me. Why would a band, not attached to the military do that to begin with?
