My EV can charge at nearly 3C and has a lifetime unlimited warranty on the battery in the USA. So 1C seems more than safe and I doubt temps will be an issue with an indoors install. Another big plus over the Pylontech batteries imho No mention of any EN50438 in the certs section though, which is "interesting" as it was installed under the SEAI grant scheme. You did get your grant back already, did you?
