We had a case in work a few years back where 2 guys were arguing and bickering and eventually it blew up into a full blown row. One of them accused the other of being racist and put in a formal complaint. His report on the incident was basically "I don't dislike x because he's black, my girlfriend is black, I'm in no way racist. I dislike him because he is an asshole"

He didn't really ride anyone, it's not real.
