I know it's still a very capable processor but it's old and 1333mhz ram is very old school as well. Without the GPU I doubt you'd get more than about €200-250 for it on Adverts or whatever, and GTX970's sell for €100-120 now 2nd hand as well. Combined, as it's a decent games machine, it'll get more than selling the PC + card seperately most likely. I'd probably stick it up for €500 and see what happens, and be willing to accept around €400 as a reasonable offer.
