A 69 year old Dutch man is going to court to get his age legally changed to the age he self identifies as, namely 49.
He feels discriminated against being 69 and feels his prospects of employment, opportunities and success on tinder will be greatly enhanced were he legally the age he feels like.
he likens his situation to that of transgender people.

probably a stunt but legally I wonder on what grounds the court will refuse the application? Once self identification is accepted for one aspect of ones identity, why not another aspect?
