Making A Murderer [Netflix - Documentary Series]

I’m amazed at the amount of so called educated people who fell for this red herring littered programme...

Avery is a killer. More bloody evidence than they had for OJ, yet so many people are being hoodwinked by a desperate and illogical defense...

Why would he not crush the car right away ? Some people have said, yeah, but it takes time, you have to remove fluids and some other bits like engine...

Surely though, that's what he's grown up with, he could have done all that for the one single car in a very short time ? He would have known his blood was in it, if really it was, surely that's an incentive to move his butt and destroy it asap ?

Whats illogical is the prosecution none of it adds up. An entire semi circumstantial case any normal justice system A Nolles Prosqui would of been called.

Reasonable doubt was achieved when brendans interviews were played to the court. A judge in ireland would take it from the juries hands and order a not guilty I have no doubt in my mind and I work in a field that Id deal with many of these specifics.

Guilty as sin...tonnes of evidence...

And the defenses red herrings doesn’t change that

In a nutshell the programme and defense want people to believe that all this evidence is tainted and planted. All of it. Utter bull...

Go read up on the other side. The overwhelming evidence that tells us that Avery is the killer..

Then blame all this overwhelming evidence on a corrupt prosecution...

The man is guilty....tried in court and found guilty. And it was the correct decision based off the overwhelming evidence that was given..

I have read about the evidence, and it's all iffy.
I loved the documentary, but to be honest, had I just read about this trial and been shown the so-called evidence with all the caveats attached to it, I would have scaffolded my own doubts on it.

That’s fair enough...

Evidence can always be argued as iffy, depending on what you are listening to, or what side say so..

If you listen to only the defense, well....they’ll argue anything. That’s their job..

I just happen to think that this man is absolutely guilty..

Well I guess you've made your point, it seems to make you feel great, so good for you.

I haven't seen anyone here claiming to be a ballistic expert or anything though, people are just assessing whether what the experts are claiming on the show is credible.

For example, I put a lot of weight on arguments that it is very unusual for an item that may be handled by several people, to only have DNA from one single person.

It makes a lot of sense to me that anything that is likely to change hands or be handled by several people will show multiple DNA profiles.

There is DOUBT, He was convicted on CIRCUMSTANTIAL evidence of which there should be no DOUBT.

Instead of just insulting people. Why don't you address some of the points raised by the defense. For instance, the prosecution claimed the that Halbach was shot in the head, but analysis of the bullet shows this not to be true. What are your thoughts?

What are your thoughts on Halbachs Rav4 being spotted outside the property after she's reported missing. The witness tells officer Colburn about it, who calls dispatch that day to run the plates. What are your thoughts on this?
