Have the oven on for baked oats. Never had them before but have been advised they're like eating dessert from breakfast which is definitely something I can get on board with.

I used to be attempting that when I was a kid. I was always in the kitchen though growing up.

I never liked baking , always helped me Mam in the kitchen , but not making pastry , didn't appeal to me tbh

Cottage Pie with mushy peas and a few slices of bread for the mop up. A big glass of bainne for the wash down. It was lovely! Gonna watch some TV.

coffee so far. Far too much food in the dwelling just now! Always the same after a rare "big shop".... I found myself getting excited as I got near Mr Price! Supermarkets are great when you are rarely there....
