I'm not bothered cooking anything else tonight. Had a snickers. Skipping dinner as I didn't fancy what they had. I'm just realizing that I cannot remember the last time I had a home cooked meal handed up to me. While I often have work related hotel/pub meals, it's just not the same. Not what I really want on the menu. Takeaways are just fillers if your busy with work or on the beer. Utter crap. Right now, I'd love a cottage pie, gravy and peas. Maybe even a beef stew over roasties or mash. I've lots of faves that I don't make as its not wanted by the ladies in my life. To get handed up a fave dish at home would be like winning the lotto!
