Seeing as they have been using the bluff of health and safety to change venue before being caught out this week, I imagine they will have to go to congress if they are going to try and change it. I would not see them having a hope in hell at congress. It would be looked at by the majority of counties in the same way as a second tier championship. How many 3rd. 4th. or even 2nd. division teams actually need a 20,000 capacity ground for their games other than the once in a lifetime they draw one of the big teams ? They would have better things to put their money into. The GAA have been playing fast and loose with health and safety, making it up as they go along, and many counties are feed up with it. Neither have they done themselves any favours with the Super 8`s with Dublin now having Croke Park for their one home game and at least one of their neutral games. Two in the unlikely event of Kildare progressing.
