As epic as it'd be, he'd probably be a bit too cool for your average Nova listener. Same with Pat James, Gavin Glass etc. That said though they do play great music. Also I don't know why but I've had a recurring dream/nightmare (delete as appropriate) in which Eoghan McDermott becomes Nova's weekday drive host.
