Theres a cameraman standing outside the wings of the last fence on the track. The horse got spooked at the same time as Townend was checking to see if anyone was coming up the inside of him and the horse jinked accross the course as far as away as possible from the cameramans lens.

Surely if you really needed to do a thorough pre sale check you would have to be buying privately ex farm anyway.

It'll nearly resort to having to film clips of the cattle at home pre sale and then have it up for a week beforehand on the marts website.
Like in the sporthorse sales.

No, if you were losing loads of money despite a dairy and tillage operation, it must be more of a secondary income stream, otherwise you'd lease it to some farming company and hunt 2 days, shoot 2 days, fish 2 days and spend 1 in bed with the wifey.

Edit. Nearly 300 head of semi-wild longhorn cattle could keep you busy at herd test time ......

Had a month old suckler calf with coccidiosis today. Got vet. I normally don't do the suckler calves for it. While vet was here I got him to handle a heifer that hasn't been doing well, he was saying lda before he examined her. Turns out she has a massive growth inside and she's to be put down. Never saw one like it before
