I start most gym visits with 30-40 mins of cardio (some from of HIIT usually), my gear does be wringing wet with sweat after that so it a quick shower and change of clothes back out to do weights. I must admit it can be hard to get motivated again to do the weights after having a shower and bringing the heart rate back down but there's no way I could continue the workout after the cardio without stinking the joint up.

I'd much rather smell a real human next to me than all those chemicals. Actually that's a gym annoyance of mine, one of the trainers in my gym wears so much deo/perfume to the gym I can smell it for the day, I have to move every time she comes near me!

So do air fresheners for rooms, disgusting yokes. I have a very sensitive sense of smell, I can't stand fake scents. Some scented candles are ok, incense makes me sick.

It's clever stuff and works very well. If you think you have a bo problem, it maybe to do with your diet more than anything, and whatever else you consume. Wash regularly folks, you ll be grand.
