I find it incredible that when web traffic is consistently increasing along with participation rates that forums like boards are suffering huge falls in visitors.

We've seen a 44% fall in posts on boards since 2011. It looks to be a terminal decline at this stage so I suppose we can enjoy the next few years before it gets shut down for good. Or is it possible that something can be done to turn it around?
