I think the fact that 120 my was old 1rm that I was stuck on for a good while has me weary of that number now. I got the reps done but it was hard on the last 2. It’s amazing how light 100 felt after lifting 120 before. Easy drop sets. Running late and squats taking longer than expected plus I was knackered from them meant RDL got the chop.
