Simple matter is JFK was a very sick man who had been read the last rights twice throughout his life. He was taking an extraordinary variety of medications, steroids for his Addison’s disease; painkillers for his back; anti-spasmodics for his colitis; antibiotics for urinary-tract infections; antihistamines for allergies. He wasn't able to walk down a flight of stairs and was constantly on crutches.

If you wanted to kill him then just get to his medication and spike it with an untraceable poison. Nobody would have batted an eyelid.

There's one thing here that's so obvious and in plain sight on the Zapruder film that most miss it.

After the fatal head shot Jackie is seen trying to scramble over the trunk of the Lincoln. Most think that she was panicking and trying to escape. She wasn't. What she was actually doing was retrieving a piece of JFK's skull that had flown backwards. She later gave it to one of the Parkland Doctors asking 'will this help?'. Obviously she was in deep shock.

Now consider for a minute that fatal head shot coming from high and rear. Is it really possible that pieces of skull would actually disintegrate and fly backwards a number of feet in the opposite direction to which the bullet would have been travelling?

The most damning evidence Lee was a intelligence asset and hardly anyone knows about this. Lee attempted a phone call to a address in Raleigh North Carolina. He was given permission to make a phone call. The switch board operator revealed years later the FBI agents monitoring the call told her to not allow the call to go through leave it unanswered and tell Lee nobody picked up. JFK researchers and former executive assistant to the CIA Deputy Director, Victor Marchetti revealed Lee was ringing the address of John Hurt a person who was US Army Counterintelligence Special Agent. Victor Marchetti also revealed The Office of Naval Intelligence had an operations center in North Carolina were agents would be send as fake expatriates to the Soviet Union

People also forget Jack Ruby was a mob hitman. Don't rule out he may have been a shooter that day? He is a killer. Ruby was stalking Lee after he got arrested.

Yes. When you watch the fatal head shot his head goes forward and a spray of blood goes forward and to the right which matches the wound above his ear. His head then snaps back and to the left which would have sent pieces of his skull and brain backwards.

Actual perspective in relation to Hurt call..

John Hurt died in 1981. A few months later, his wife told the author that Hurt had admitted the truth before he died. Terribly upset on the day of the assassination, he got extremely drunk — a habitual problem with him — and telephoned the Dallas jail and asked to speak to Oswald. When denied access, he left his name and number. Mrs. Hurt said her husband told her he never had any earlier contact with Oswald and had been too embarrassed to admit that he got drunk and placed the call. In view of the fact that Hurt’s military-intelligence background appears innocent of any deep operational connections, the account by John Hurt’s wife makes as much sense as anything else.

Why was this hitman/killer wiring money to a stripper when Oswald should have been already on his way to the county jail? You do know Oswald requested a sweater which delayed him being moved and thus allowing Ruby the chance to gun him down?

Why would Lee want to make contact with a guy who had connections with US intelligence? What you expecting to hear a confession? There is too much circumstantial evidence Lee was a government agent. It amazes me people still don't believe this, when you had the FBI and CIA, the other day refusing to allow documents to come out for national security reasons. Do you think people are alive 60 years later?

Everyone knew when Oswald was leaving (there was loads of press waiting) but at the time Ruby was not there. It was no secret he was being transferred and at what time. Why would a hitman be transferring money to a stripper instead of being in place to eliminate his target? It makes zero sense.

How is Ruby to know the move did not go ahead at 10am . Ruby parked his car, on time and headed down the police park ram to meet Oswald. Only way he could be there on time if someone told him there was a delay.

Don't you think it would make more sense for a hitman to be ready and either (a) close to or (b) actually at the place where he was to kill his target, before being told of the delay? Everyone was waiting for Oswald to come down, but the guy who was supposed to kill him was at home eating a bowl of cornflakes.

Ruby should have been in position by 10am and then along with everyone else who was there would have known there is a delay. Why would he be at home when LHO is supposed to come down to the parking garage? Nobody knew there would be a delay until Oswald requested a sweater, if he doesn't request the sweater he lives.

He was there when Oswald came out and he moved in and killed him. There is no evidence at all he would have missed his chance to kill Oswald, nothing. He was there on time to kill him.

And honestly have no clue what you people keep defending the government explanation for things? Why reason is there to redact files with black ink 60 years later after a murder? Do you not think this is strange? Or just happy to believe in a world were government always tells the truth?

I don't see any reason why the former CIA chief historian would lie. The CIA and FBI actions, in the last few days, only prove to me there is a conspiracy there to stop the truth coming out.

How would he have known? There are no calls about it to his house, there were no mobile phones then either and he stood patiently in the queue in western union.

When the delay took place he was in his car and then a western union. How did "they" get the news to him?

From what we know there was no official announcement of a delay to move Oswald. So how did Ruby know to come to Police Station, over an hour later and shoot Oswald, and have enough time to spare?. IF there was a conspiracy to kill Oswald, and we now know someone had telephoned the Dallas Police, the night before the killing. A man said he was a member of a committee assigned to kill Oswald. If this is anyway true this guy is telling's on his friends to protect Oswald. Ruby did not need to rush to carry out the murder, if had had exact time Oswald would be moved. Someone inside the Dallas Police office wanted him gone too, mostly likely, gave Ruby information.

Nobody knows Jack Ruby total whereabouts that day. Phones existed, it would not be hard to find one to get information.

Actually turning up 1 hour and 20 minutes later is actually suspect. If it was a random act killing he be there at the time announced by the radio.

He just shot him as he was there,just as he was coming out??

No real planning/getaway attempt (unlike Oswald) may have just been pot luck he was there at right time as he oviously would have seen press/comotion etc from walking down street.....

if it was planned...would he not been hanging around there since the time he was due to moved and not faffing about transferring money etc
