Our line (Cornafulla) has been updated to go live 22nd Feb, the Eir site still shows that it isn't available, do they wait until after the go live date before updating the Eir site.

When FTTC was being rolled out in Castletroy - it was very early compared to most of the country never mind Limerick IIRC.
That being said I have very little faith in the dates they publish considering they have Exchanges that went live that had no dates previously in that last update.

You know they are going for a land grab in order to make the NBP less profitable for any other bidder. Therefore they need to hoover up the most economical rural areas that they can, before the contract is awarded. So urban is barely getting a look in until the NBP is awarded.

If this rollout was based on any kind of reality you would think they would try to hit more densely populated areas first - but it doesn't seem like it.

Emyvale and Glaslough are down for Autumn 2017 when nothing has started with FTTH for either.. Glaslough doesn't have broadband of any description apart from mobile so to believe that FTTH will be ready by autumn is nonsense I reckon..

I have seen pretty much no sign of KN or OpenEir anywhere around the north Monaghan area, outside of the town that is..

My exhange (Kildangan) has been pushed from H2 2017 to Spring 2018

Ducting was put in couple of months ago but no activity seen since.

it varies from exchange to exchange and depends on far the completion has goten to when exchange goes live.

There are now 3 exchanges completed, 2 of them were completed in 1 go.

Some exchanges go live with only a fraction of intended premises passed, in a situation like that it could be several months after going live when exchange is fully completed.

another update on earlier.

Roscommon town was last down for 02 January for going live, this has moved to 2017/2018.

From the last update a total of 7 locations missed their target, 4 of them 3-6 months setback. Perhaps this was an error in the last update and these areas were not meant to be going live.

I missed a few exchanges in the rural blue line update and found another one which has 10 more premises than previously planned.

The blue line scheme is still well behind target but has shown a significant jump since last month suggesting that progress is finally starting to move a bit quicker. It's annoying that 7 locations missed their targets with 4 of them possibly total errors and shouldn't have been there in the first place.

I don't really understand because the Claregalway exchange has been live, fibre enabled for many months. So homes in the village and elsewhere near to cabinets have been getting FTTC service.

So I don't know why the Kinvara area would be going live with FTTH sooner when the fibre upgrade hasn't even been completed at the exchange. Have FTTH wiring works been completed in the surrounding area?

Dundrum in Tipp gone from H2:2017 to Autumn 2017. That should be a good thing.
There has been some work on trees and hedges, and replacing and marking poles near me on the blue line.

Sixmilebrdige still stuck at H2 2017. Haven't seen any evidence of them doing any work around my area yet.

There is also still one Cabinet on the map as being planned.
The cabinet has been there for the past year - they probably put it in while planning existed and they were putting in the rest of the cabinets, just never bothered to connect it.

Ive spent an hour going through the map and I've probably missed some places.

A few places which were meant to go live 3rd February got moved, some only by a few days and others by several months.

A few places which never had a date are now live and one of them has 10 extra homes live then the full original planned.

Lots of previously live exchanges got boosted with more live premises.

Roslevin in Athlone got added as well, Ive no idea if thats part of the town scheme or rural as it's not listed in the first 100,000 and doesnt have a premises count.
