Anybody know of nests in Galway or surrounding counties? On Level 26 and I've had a great run so far but starting to lose interest as I've 130 in the Pokedex and am sick of seeing the same mons over and over again....plus every 10k egg I've cracked has been a disappointment since i got my Snorlax! Feel like the games intentionally slowing me down now

Just wondering is there any chance of getting banned because it says POSSIBLE BAN at the top? And how do I get it to scan I thought it would be as simple as clicking near the marker like Pokevision so unless I'm missing something it must not be working for me?

For sure man...Hydro Pump is the best secondary attack possible as far as I know....my two Vaporeons both have Water Gun/Water Pulse which is as bad as it gets...shame since they are 2023 and 1928 cp but cant hold gyms because of attacks.
When I go back to my home town I can hold a gym with my Snorlax for days...longest being a week straight! whereas my Vaporeons get dethroned straight away

Hydro Pump appears better for attacking whilst Aqua Tail appears better for defending but Water Pulse is better again for defending. Source.

There are several conflicting views on the best movesets and Pokemon for the different scenarios and it changes so regularly you could transfer away a Pokemon you thought was poor but then ends up being very good.

Yeah but that's why you make a new account for it. Don't use the account you play on. Make a throwaway account, and if you're unlucky enough to get banned, just make another one. I've been using it for a while now though and haven't had an account banned.

I just look up the coordinates on Google Maps and then enter it in the Log in page of the scanner. Then I log in and it automatically starts scanning. I don't drag around the marker or anything like that. Try that and also try lowering the radius. Lower it to 3 or 4.

I think Im pretty lucky in that sense then, my top 3 mons are all Vaporeon, 1605,1504 and 1410 CP .. (2 failed Pyro's) , 1604 is 1 water/hydro, next two are water/aqua....so Im covered in that regard.

I dont understand how this is calculated?
For example if my Lapras has 100% Gym Defense attacks as shown on the image but has got low defensive IV's then its not going to be as effective as a Lapras with inferior attacks that has high defensive IV's?
or are all these stats calculated on the assumption that the mon has 100% IV's?
And thats without even bringing CP into the equation? :P

Im going to assume that they just base those ratings on base DPS.
IV's and type advantage will obviously affect DPS in certain match ups.

Yeah theres so many different values and ways of looking at each Pokemons stats it gets confusing....the most important thing is that were all having fun :P Pogobag .me is by far the best site ive come across for figuring out IV's if your into that....it also tells you the best ranked pokemon in the world and how many times you've battled each mon which is fairly cool

Was pretty hyped to get a 697 Oddish yesterday and a 696 Bellsprout this morning, should make for a great Vileplume & Victreebel.
Also had my first wild Kadabra spawn this evening.

Caught a wild Clefairy and Bulbasaur up by the Hellfire Club in Dublin mountains today.

4 more Mr. Mines around my area and picked up a wild eggecute too.

Downloaded one of those location transporters.

Worked fine for the first few minutes. The location it transfers you to is in New York or somewhere well populated. I caught a sandshrew and a hitmonlee.

Then I transported to a location with a snorlax.
The snorlax ran away after the first pokeball.
Tried this on 10 more pokemon all with same result.

Does anyone else have this issue?
I can't collect items from pokestops either - they worked fine before I transported the first time.

These are all symptoms of a soft ban

As others have already said, you've been soft banned. Usually it goes away after a few hours.

But I wouldn't keep doing that if I were you. I've seen reports of players being permanently banned for GPS Spoofing. Especially if you're teleporting to various places around the world.

You're at risk of permanently losing your account if you keep it up.
