Here is the latest In The Pit. The next victim volunteer on the list is Lars1916.

A quick recap of the rules:
    1. Questions should be Rock & Metal related although some leeway is allowed.
    2. Let's not have questions that are too personal. The poster doesn't have to answer anything they don't want to and as moderator I suppose I'll have the final say if something is appropriate or not.
    3. Don't discuss any of the answers on the thread and only the poster should be answering the questions.

Hopefully that's clear enough so let the questions commence...

If you would like to take part in this and you're not already on the list, please post here and I'll add you to the queue.

What got you into Rock & Metal in the first place and what keeps you interested in it?
How did you come across the Rock & Metal forum on Boards?
What keeps you coming back to the forum?
What do you do when you're not rocking out?
What album do you feel had the greatest impact on you?
Where did your username come from?

What has been your favourite album out in 2011-2012?
What band/artist in rock/metal can you not stand the most? (not over-rated, actually hate)
What other sections of boards do you frequent?
Do you prefer rock or metal, and which sub-genre of them is your favorite?
If you could go drinking with 5 people in metal (dead or alive), who would they be?
What would be the lineup of your dream gig (limited to 5 bands)?
Assuming you like any of them, which of the big 4 of thrash is your favourite?
What was the last rock/metal album that really let you down, cause you expected huge things from it?

Do you play any instruments? And what instrument would you love to instantly be able to pick up and play?

Do you listen to any other genres of music outside of rock/metal?

Underrated albums by well know bands?

    - Working, playing with my cats and rabbits, watching football
    - Slayer 'Reign in blood'
    - It's my first name, plus the year of the Easter Rising

    - None so far, but bass guitars sound great
    - Classical music
    - Maybe 'Beneath the remains' (Sepultura)

Which albums that Sarah Jezebel Deva was part of would be your favourite?
Do you keep up to date with the German metal scene?
Any German bands that we should keep an eye on?

Who is your best-liked rock/metal babe? It looks like this one has been answered already ;).

Do you have a preferred type of album art, can you give some examples?

Out of curiosity, do you support anyone in the English Premier League?

    Edit: LFC? Me too.

    - 'God has a plan for us all' (Angtoria) would be the favourite, plus the live performances with Therion
    - I'll do my best ;)
    - Endstille (even if Iblis is gone) and Heimdalls Wacht

    - I did mention Sarah Jezebel Deva? :D
    - My favourite is Kittelsen (Burzum's albums)
    - It would be Liverpool FC, has something to do with King Kenny, he was my childhood idol. Well...ages ago, but never mind. I also saw them winning the then UEFA cup in Dortmund (my home town), had a great time with the LFC supporters

What are the two songs that carry the most emotional weight for you?

    Rage or Running Wild?

Why is Kess the greatest person anyone on Boards could interact with?

What film could benefit from having a rock/metal album used instead of it's original score? What album or artist would you use and why?

    1. 'Atrum Regina' (Dark Funeral) and 'In my dreams' (Dark Funeral)
    2. Rage (just edging it, because I saw them live on stage)
    3. He supports Liverpool ;)
    4. Cannibal Holocaust...and the album? Let me think...'Necrotism...'(Carcass), just a feeling :D

Some of them online, some of them by mail order, some of them in record fairs or flea markets

Who's the most famous musician you've met?
Do you dress like a metalhead?
What was the last album that you bought?
Any sub-genre within metal that you just cannot stand?
Any upcoming gigs you're looking forward to?
Do you keep up to date with the Irish rock/metal scene and, if so, any bands we should watch out for?
Could you name your all-time favourite band?
What is your favourite aspect of the rock/metal scene and, conversely, what is your least favourite?
Is there a rock/metal band out there with loads of fans that you just don't get?
What in your opinion is the best debut album of all time
If you could erase one band from existence, who would it be?

    - There was Rage, Blind Guardian, Mille (Kreator), Nornagest (Enthroned), Eisregen, Therion. But the most important one was Sarah Jezebel Deva ;)
    - Depends. Not in work, for sure, you can see every spot on a black shirt
    - 'Reise, Reise' (Rammstein)
    - Nu Metal, Crossover
    - The Marduk gig in the Pint...if I get time off from work
    - Get all my updates from browsing though this forum. I would say, Mourning Beloveth are just amazing
    - Slayer, just edged it over Cannibal Corpse and Dark Funeral
    - Favourite: Loads of attempts to 'kill' Metal via stupid stereotypes and labels, but the scene is still more than alive. Negative: I can't remember Eisregen playing a gig in Dublin so far.
    - Can't think of one specific band, but jumping up and down like Hip Hoppers at a Metal gig? No thanks (at least they do that in Germany at Crossover and Nu Metal gigs)
    - Possessed - 'Seven Churches'
    - Stryper...because of the way, they were dressed
