I'd be shocked if Arni does not win as he's good and has youth on his side, Chris has been inactive and has only had 1 fight since 2007, plus he's was really a lightweight when in proper shape, he's 39 and has lost 4 of his last 5 i know he's fought up at Middle too but he is only a small guy, in shape he's a light weight

    ;)

Maybe you know something we don't?

As a fan I'd love to see a prime chris in there, still looking forward to it anyway.

    My point is,

Ok Arni is young and has the experience and has talent to go with it,but my big fear would be form Arni is that he goes in like a bull in a china shop gases out as this has happened on meny times before.

I just think Chris has the cage know how submission skills to go with it saying that lets see if he has the legs and the gas tank,

    Regards.

Folks it's Boards.ie MMA forum prediction time again!!

The prize this time is 2 VIP tickets and back stage passes for Cage Contender 13 featuring the rematch of Neil "Old Skool" Wain v Colin "Big C" Robinson in Belfast on 28 April 2012.

It's simple  just match all the winners at CC12 to get the prize!

This is a particularly fine card

    Thanks Jason

We are trying to create a balance on our main cards of fights involving well known names but still showing off some of the best talent from here in Ireland.

The prelim cards featuring some novice pro and some semi pro guys is our way of bringing fighters through to the main cards.

Can't wait for Marius Lapenas v John Michael Shiel, similiar experience, both unbeaten. All Shiel's wins are by TKO except one submission from strikes

Note to self: must start proof reading the posters

    Also, there's 4 question marks in "? ? ? ?"

Any update on this? I assume it will be tough to get someone to fight Nelson now, i.e. with only 5 weeks notice.
