Just wondering as Saturday is a huge day in sport - will the hotel be showing the Haye-Valuev fight (its PPV on Sky) or the Breeders Cup from America - its free on ATR. Im sure a lot of punters would like to see both but the Breeders Cup especially.

I will find out tomorrow and let you know.

can I reserve an ME ticket an pay on the day? Is the sat in the same place?
    Big t.

    Hi onanist,

I stopped putting players on the reserve list without payment about 3 weeks.

Reason for doing so is because I find that up 30% of players on the reserve list never turn up and other players who were going to play don't travel as they believe the game is full.

That said I think we are going to get between 280-310 players.

Reg for the main event opens at 6pm so you can always get there early and you'll be ok.

We also have a Satellite on Friday starting at 6pm its a €50 freezeout. Anyone who plays the satellite will be guaranteed a seat in the main event if they don't win a seat through the satellite. Reg for the sat opens at 5pm.

The satellite is 3k chips with 15 min blinds. No 75-150 level.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi All,

Firstly I want to thank everyone for showing great interest in this event looks like it could be a sell out!

At the moment I have 111 players who have either paid in full or have made a partial payment. I also have an additional 186 on the reserve list.

The 186 players who are on the reserve list will lose their seat in the Main Event if they have not fully paid for that seat by 7pm on Friday 6th Nov'09.

Reg for the main event opens at 6pm.

We are also running a satellite on Friday starting at 6pm (reg for this event will open at 5pm), anyone who plays the satellite and does not win a seat will have 1st preference on any remaining seats for the main event should there be a shortage of seat.

I AM NO LONGER ACCEPTING CHEQUE'S OR BANK TRANSFERS.

At this stage if you really want into this event either get there early or make payment at one of my games tomorrow or thursday night.

    JP,
I am about 80% sure that I will go to this, but there is zero chance that I will be there on time as I would be coming up from Cork.
I didn't think there would be much issue with missing the first few levels of this... but obviously there is.
So is there anything at all I can do about it?

I really don't want to drive up and then not get a seat. Can I ring you on the friday and absolutely confirm that I will be attending?

    Hi Paul,

There's a big car park behind the hotel which is shared with woodies and aldi customers.

The hotel also have a multi storey underground car park.

    Hi Buchan,

All the details including reg has been posted at the start of this thread.

But to answer your question there is €40 taking out of the €350.

    Reg for side events.
    Super sat = €5
    €250 Event = €30
    PLO = €20
    Triple Shoot Out = €25
    Short Handed = €25

As long as I know a player will return to the game his/her stack will be blinded away.

If a player was to tell me that they would not be back for what ever reason I would remove their stack.

Yes Danny it is a valid Qs. But when it's allready posted at the start of the thread there should be no reason to ask the Qs .
Unless of course the poster is only trying to stir sh1te.

Sry if i suggested that you were stirring it. There is just too many complaining about reg fee's when they have no intention of playing anyway.
