It seems to me like we've gotten too cocky, like the players think they're rock stars and the likes. As a result, they're getting a kick up the hole and being reminded that they have to work on the simple things such as...ooh, lemme see, NOT passing forward, CATCHING the ball, and basically stop giving away those ****ing penalties.

We're brain dead. They've sussed us and we don't know what to.

Our game is based on attacking from a secure lineout. Se we kick for space and expect the opposition to clear to touch so we get an attacking lineout in their half. So what do the opposition do? They decide not to kick into touch at all. They kick it back into play and force us to make the play. We have been clearly ordered how to respond: kick it back and expect them to put into touch, which of course they refuse to do. So our guys get frustrated and run the ball into contact, which of course the opposition are expecting us to do and our own players are not expecting at all.

Result : They get men to the breakdown quicker and control territory and often posession. Georgia did exactly the same thing and Argentin are in clover.

If I can see this, the highly paid Eddie O'Sullivan should be able to see it and devise some strategies for running the ball back. You can't expect the oppostion to play into our hands altogether.

We have been well beaten, its true. But the Argentinians always had the easier assignment today - they could afford to kick their goals, have pops at drop kicks etc

Take nothing away from them though - we are not as good as we thought we were
