Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    3 bottles of Jameson, 6 bottles of wine, a crate of beer later and the neighbours are still here. Best phrase uttered by my mother "Sure will we just skip Mass and go tomorrow"

    Not at all we'll still be there in the morning but she realised that after the second bottle of Jameson was being finished, a trip to midnight Mass would not have been sensible!

    Also it's only when you're pouring your own drinks ya realise how expensive pubs are. I've had 6 whiskeys with mixers and am well over halfway through a bottle. I'm using a small glass and all so each of those small (to me) drinks is a double. I should stick to my 3-4 bottles of wine I think. :pac:

    I was kinda freaked out when they took off flying with the sleigh, and at the end where the wee one was singing.....but other than that - was cute as feck :)

    I'm in the land of RTE1,2, TV3 and TG4.
    And that's all I have to work with.
    Its going to be a long ass day!

    How did the pressies pan out for everyone? I'm now the proud owner of a pair of pj's trousers (black and white check boo yeah!), socks, an electric razor (Remington fancy pantys), one of those bags lads use to put toilet stuff into, a calender, a Chelsea annual, and that Adele cd I bought for myself but its from my sister.
    Random but all good I say!:D

    Only half way through dinner.. 3rd course on its way. Started with scallops on black pudding with an onion, brandy cream and wholegrain mustard sauce, followed by a lovely soup. Think its mains next, not sure though.. nyom nyom.. :D

    Nah, it's a Christmas tradition, the one family arrive in dribs and drabs and stay until we kick them out/ someone falls asleep / Mam shouts that it's nearly bright. Great fun altogether, missed it last year!

    Well I'm currently stuck to the seat after a mighty feed. Currently looking for good free books to put on my kindle.
