Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

    Which of the 39 Irish charities from this website would be the most genuine (money going to the right people):

    I'm gonna run a race and would like to help a good cause.

    I heard lots of charity chairman are making tons of money :(

    Good for you, I hope the run is a big success. My charity of choice is always St. Vincent de Paul, they do such a wonderful job and it's all voluntary, in other words every penny goes to those in need of assistance. I do believe in charity beginning at home, despite the sneaky, greedy grasping that it turns out has been going on. Just my opinion.

    They are not on the list you gave above, but did you know that JustGiving also take 5% of all donations for themselves? Maybe you could keep them in mind anyway. They really do great work.
