Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I started spin classes a couple of weeks ago. The first couple of days after the first class was torture - couldn't walk properly! I got through that and was enjoying it until the weekend. I did a class on Friday evening and had a sharp pain at the bottom of my spine all weekend. I especially noticed this when getting into and out of my car. I went back to spin this evening and after the first 10 minutes I noticed the pain was becoming more and more pronounced. It was extremely painful when transitioning from sitting to standing. I had a quick chat with the instructor after the class this evening but she said to push through it.

Any advice out there?!! I really don't wanna quit as it's the first time I've stuck anything out at the gym!

    Gym instructors can be woeful.
I certainly wouldn't push through if i was experiencing back pain. Go see a physio and then go to a reputable trainer.

    Go to a physio.

Don't go back to that spin instructor.

Some pains you push through. Back pain isn't among them.
