Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Didn't do diets so upgrading my meals and snacks. Need suggestions for things to eat every day with poached eggs.

Already switched weetabix with sugar to porridge+honey+chopped banana - king of hearty breakfast - half cup porridge half cup water half cup of milk.

Eggs on their own can get quite sickening after a while. I couldn't look at an egg after a few weeks doing paleo.
Maybe have them some wilted spinach or peppers and onions or on a bit of smoked salmon?

I eat them with a slice of ham and a tiny bit of pesto, or some sun dried tomatoes. Spinach would be great with them too.

Corn Cakes or rice cakes and good natural butter.

I eat very little bread, but I do eat a piece every morning with my fried egg and spinach because I really, really like it.
What works for me is I buy really good bread - either the brown bread they make in Roly's restaurant, or the spelt bread from Soul Bakery - and I just have little bit with my breakfast each morning.
I'd rather have a little of something good-quality and very delicious than stop having something I enjoy.

One my favorite breakfasts is eggs bacon and avocado, so good.

Scrambled egg, avocado, balsamic vinegar and some chopped tomato. Absolutely delicious

Yummy with some tomatoes and black pudding.

You could cook some big mushrooms like portobello to go with them. They are very meaty mushrooms.

    Another one for spinach.

I get frozen spinach in Tesco which comes in little frozen rectangles. I bang about 4 of them in microwave for 4 mins or so, strain any excess water and have poached eggs on top with salt, pepper and some ketchup/relish. Delicious!
