Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Guys I think its fair to say, as far as boards.ie posters are concerned, the GT86/BRZ is the car of the year and by a country mile.

whats the point of car of the year when it automatically rules out actual amazing cars like Lambos, Ferraris and just concentrates on the mundane?

Because, they want to use this to help sell the cars, Supercars need no help in that department.

Shortlist of 8 appeared in the Irish Times last Wednesday - article below. Wonder if they will be brave enough to give it to the Golf.

Going on past form (http://bit.ly/JxMe1N), and seeing as there's nothing Italian in the running, it'll probably go to the Renault Clio or the Pug 208

GT86/BRZ should win it, but I doubt they've the balls to go there.
