We are working closely with our client to source an experienced Customer Service representative who specialises in Complaints to join their growing team. We are looking for 2 people to join the business on a 6 month contract each. These roles are based in Wexford town.
Main Duties:
Handle a range of complex customer interactions - mainly complaints and escalated queries.
Use available resources to investigate and resolve customer queries immediately
Value the complaints section as a means of strengthening the business processes & improving customer service throughout the organisation.
Communicate in a clear, concise and informative way to customers and clients
Work effectively as part of a team
Follow company and departmental procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years working in a customer service environment with a strong emphasis on complaints resolution
Strong customer service experience with an emphasis on resolution
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication ability
Available to start at short notice.
