    Hi

Does anyone know if there is a similar thing to "myfitnesspal" for vitamins and mineral intake levels? Id like to see something with a bit more indepth information instead of just counting calories and weightloss. On the upside their list of foods is excellent.

    Thanks

    Atola

MFP tracks most nutrients like sodium, potassium, vitamins, calcium, iron, cholesterol.
The issue is people don't always fill out this data when entering foods.

or if its sodium its more often than not wrong, either the gram value is entered for milligrams or the salt is entered instead of sodium.
