Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Has any off the two ever happened to any one here? Not really sure how serious this is. How long did it take to recover from?

Teammate of mine had a knee fracture and torn ligament. Had to let the fracture heal correctly first and then had the tear operated on. Took six months before he was back training again. Have you been told if the retinaculum requires surgery?

Ive been told I wont require surgery but I should see a sports injury specialist which I hear are very expensive. Would prefer to leave it heal myself. Its also a very small fracture on my knee.

My advice would be to follow what your being told. Don't leave any knee injuries to chance. Private specialists are expensive but your local hospital may have one on a public scheme. There may be some waiting depending on how severe your injury is. Best of luck with it and make sure to get the best care possible.
