Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey fitness folks of boards!

I've started squatting with my PT but he's indicated that I have fairly serious hip flexor issues (I'm a girl; the username throws people), and he can't progress me until I get that sorted.

So can anyone recommend a good physio preferably south of the Liffey to help me?

    Thanks!

Had hip problems myself and weas sorted out by Pearse St Physio.

Not too far south of the Liffey but I'd definitely recommend.
