All away wins in the Premier league so far

    Arsenal anyone ?

  • Registered Users Posts: 624 ✭✭✭gudede

I was think about backing Arsenal as well....Martin Jol never beat Arsenal, Arsenal have won four out of there last five away games. Fulham have lost three out of five home games. But Arsenal look very tired over the last couple of weeks :( I don't know what to do ha

    Opta stats

Fulham have won just one of the last 10 Premier League games against Arsenal.

The Whites have only scored 13 goals in 21 Premier League games against Arsenal and only more than once on two occasions.

The last five matches between Arsenal and Fulham at Craven Cottage have been evenly split with two wins each and a draw when they met in the final game of 2010-11.

Robin van Persie has scored in three of his four appearances at Craven Cottage.

After going eight games without an away win, Arsenal have won four of their last five Premier League matches on the road.

The Gunners have kept just two clean sheets in their last 16 Premier League away games, conceding 37 goals in that run.

Robin van Persie has scored 19 goals in his last 18 Premier League away appearances.

Fulham have won just three of their last 11 Premier League home games (W3 D4 L4).

The Whites have lost their opening league game of the New Year in each of the last four seasons.

    Done Arsenal....................great double gudede

  • Registered Users Posts: 442 ✭✭kev250

I reckon it will be a low scoring game so wouldnt do overs.
The Fulham defence will be hard to break down

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,244 ✭✭✭Juwwi

Card index 40 points or more and the corner h/cap aresenal -2 in a double is nearly 4/1 on pp yet only 5/2 on bet365.

    lve gone for that.

    1st Goalscorer - 90 Mins
    Robin van Persie
    Odds: 17/5

Done it with Victor Chandler, I think if he scores first and then again I get double odds

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,724 ✭✭✭Vanbis

I've gone with Gervinho to score in 90 minutes and Arsenal to win the match @ 16/5 with PP.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,303 ✭✭✭Lasagna Diarra

    lol @ that Chelsea line-up

Wolves win or draw @ 2.30

Wolves are really a terrible side  I'll still continue to bet against Chelsea.

That means you need it to win at least 24% of the time to make a profit.

What percentage of games does Gervinho score in?

    Hint: Its less than 24%

    P.S
Those stats go down further when Arsenal play away from home.
Those stats go down even more when they are playing a top half defense.

I hope you get to come back and tell me I told you so. Good Luck.

Woooo I kinda tipped Norwich today, my first really good tip ;)

Put 2 euro on a double with Arsenal, will return just under 15 if Arsenal win now :)

You can make an effort to learn how to see value or you could just continue to lose money. It was just a bit of friendly advice.

    you sound like a teenager.

take advice whether you asked for it or not and then decide if it is useful.

there is no way in hell that is a +ev bet.

Why because i don't agree with you posting up an opinion with stats?

Maybe you should learn to only offer advice if asked for it.

Norwich 11/5 and Fulham 11/4. Both prices look a bit big to me.

Qpr in free-fall at the moment and Norwich are always good for a goal.

Arsenal likely to rest Van Persie, Vermaelen could be out too. United aside Fulham have made life difficult for the big sides this year.

Wish I'd actually backed my own tips now!

If you post a selection on a public forum you invite opinions.

Do you think that bet wins at least 24% of the time? Honestly!

Judging by the squad they've chosen then Sporting will have a strong team out. I've them with bts in Arsenal and Maritimo to score over 1.5 goals.

Honestly, no. I did it to make it more interesting for me. I lost the bet, big deal. I don't always post my selections, only now and again. I see other selections, some i follow and some i don't because it has no value to me. Everyone is different with their opinions.

Did you have a bet on the game and if so what was it?

    Lets leave it at that.

my point from the start has been:

why choose to lose your money?

a bit of work, patience and dicipline and you earn a few quid for yourself while enjoying the match as well.

if its pocket money or the dole its easier to piss it away i suppose.

Arsenal should have been out of sight in that game, but for the wastefullness and terrible finishing of Walcott and Gervinho
