Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Two scales giving totally different reads?

The scale in my gym says that I weigh 13 stone, yet when I try to weigh myself using one at home, it says I weigh 14 stone. Is it possible to have such a difference between the two?

Yes. One may not be calibrated correctly.

There's often a difference between two but usually not as much as a stone.

One of them is knackered. Weigh a heavy dumbell in the gym and see is that scales accurate

Are you weighing yourself with shoes and clothes on at both locations?

Maybe the gym scales has been zeroed to allow for clothing.
