Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Vaccum packed striploin tesco steaks

Does anyone know how many calories would be in those delicious tesco vaccum packed striploin steaks after its cooked , each steak is around 225g raw? And I either fry it in 1 cal spray or use the george forman grill with no extra fat to cook?

208 calories according to Tesco website, that's with the fat trimmed.
