You have to purchase as a NEW customer.
It states on Meteor site (Don't worry, the price of the phone is the same for both) but you don't get Fat cheese bonus if u purchase as an existing customer. {whether you are or not

I bought a Meteor phone for €15 in March and got €15 cashback from Fatcheese but it took till July for them to pay up. Good offer but they were very slow to pay

How long does this take to show up in fatcheese?

I did this on Sunday and it still not there today (Tuesday), and I don't mean it's there and 'Pending' I mean it's not there at all, no record.

this happened with Vodafone back in June, Fatcheese made an announcment on its site letting customers know of the cashback changes a week or so, this time they changed it without announcment

Shame for the users who are 5€ lesser becasue of it.

In my personal experience the phone I feel is not worth even a 5€,
$hity build, no camera, no option to take memory card, no blutooth. thats just my personal experience, each to there own!

Link beside the phone states there is €40 credit free with the phone, even if it is the stupid €5 per month credit it still eases the pain of lack of features.
