Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Teaco just need to give up. What's the point of 24 days of crappy offers? Last years dunnes 12 days of Christmas was by far much better than this. I know we don't want constant offers on Christmas confectionary but jeez anything is better than mayonaise!

The selection boxes were very good value. Usually about the €4 mark so less than half price. They need more offers like that. Cant see too many people rushing out for a jar of mayo :pac:

The same selection boxes have been in my local spar since September for £1.50(near newry) they were just overpriced to start with

I got my vouchers about two weeks ago. A whopping €32!! That's for shopping there about four times a week and having car insurance with them.

Got €26 from Dunnes, I was disgusted because I shop there every week. I expected it to be much more.

Did you really spend €2600 on groceries in the past three months?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,871 ✭✭✭Karen23

I was expecting the same as I got last year which was nearly €60 but then remembered they had lots of bonus points promotions last year that they didn't have as many of them this year.

Plus it's not just groceries, I use my clubcard in clothing and homeware as well

Dunnes had a promo on where you spend 50 euro and get 5 euro off plus 5 euro of points at Christmas. Ran for a couple of weeks in November. We got 23 euro in points,15 from the promo

This could be a localised offer as Dunnes are notorious for this.

Yep that sums it up. Full of trickey and smartness. They just dont hold a candle to lidl/ aldi and especially Dunnes in particular for branded products. Much of their fruit and veg products are crazy overpriced. The messing around with the price of their own milk put the tin hat on it for me...

    Almost 100% correct - They have 3 x 8 packs for €25.00 until December 17th !!

Was wondering about Tesco though, have a voucher and am wondering if it's likely they'll drop the prices of Bulmers?
