Hartstown parkrun starting tomorrow - Free 5km timed run

    Hi All
    Just a quick plug for the Hartstown parkrun starting tomorrow , meeting for the start at 09.30 at the park’s entrance behind Hartstown Community School next to the park’s parking lot.

    Enjoy I'm sure its going to be a success nearly 130 new registrations plus a goodly number of parkrun tourists should ensure a good turnout.
    For those of you who haven't had the pleasure of attending a parkrun previously it is a free :-) yes free weekly 5km timed run in your local park organised and run by volunteers from the community , register at the parkrun website and run at any of the parkrun events held worldwide nearly 500 at this stage with 22 in Republic of Ireland

    Print out your personal barcode and bring it along to receive a time for your run or walk wheather you've run before or not its a great chance to get out and enjoy our parks and get some fresh air

    Yeh great course....nice and flat...I think it will be slightly different from the first run on Saturday (as it had to be slightly modified due to puddles). The course on Saturday was slightly long (5.2km by my Garmin). Interesting to see the difference in the course (times) next Saturday
