Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All,
just wondering if anybody knows what happens at the initial gym assessment in Garryvoe Hotel Health Club. I am thinking of joining and I see that they do an initial assessment.
    Thanks!

Same as any other gym's initial assesment:confused:
i.e they record your height, weight, flexibility, fitness test etc..

Tbh, i wouldnt waste my money, there are more affordable gyms in east cork with a bigger range of equipment and better atmospheres.
