Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Steam room or Sauna between cycle and swim?

    Hey all,
Currently do a cycle once or twice a week in the local gym, and I'm getting back to throwing swimming in the mix. I also use the steam room (for 150-200 seconds or so), usually as a rest after some swimming.

My question is this; would it be more beneficial to goto the sauna or steam room before the swim, or does it make a difference?

The cycle usually tires my legs, and I'm going to use the swimming for my arms.

The 40 minute cycle tires them. Found that they only lasted a length and a half of inverted breast stroke before I physically couldn't use them to kick hard. Can still use them for light use, and to keep me balanced horizontally for breast stroke, but cannot use them as the main muscle as such.
