Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Get a straight bar, better contraction.

    But I don't want a straight bar....

    Anyone got any other advice?

The bar in the first link looks like something you'd get in a (long) Christmas cracker.

Why not? Use dumbbells if its for your wrists. EZ curl bars aren't much use for anything except curling, and they aren't even great for that.
