    hi

    see attached....

tescos organic peanut butter has twice the sugars of the bog standard one
is this natural sugars? surely the normal cant be that loaded if its half the sugar?
the cheapo one is a third of the price and while maybe not as good tasting
but its still an option at e1.09! is there that much of a difference nutritionally?

    many thanks

100g or peanuts should have about 15g carbs, and 4g sugar. The cheapo one is somehow missing a lot of carbs that should be there. The organic one has around the right amount of carbs/sugars to 91g of peanuts.
I find it strange that they are both 91% peanuts, which means the no-added sugar one has almost 9% palm oil, yet the fat content is lower.

Probably to do with quality of nuts, the way they are processed, or lazy labeling

Get a tub of this stuff. You'll never look back.
