Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Do you ever notice how the younger females of today all seem to have great legs that girls from 10 years ago never did or never even ever bothered showing??? And that they seem to be just better looking in general??

Any healthy food at all. You just need to eat more of it. In general if you take in more calories than you need you will gain weight. If you do this while you are sedentary you will store the extra calories as fat. If you do this while lifting heaving things (and eating enough protein in your diet) you will gain some fat and some muscle.

If you need advice on gaining weight, the fitness forum is a good place to go. There are lots of people there who deliberately gain weight all the time.
