Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

S.I Joint Issues.

Has any one ever had issues with their S.I joint? Mine came at me a few months back and after a few treatments from a physical therapist and the purchase of some decent insoles the day to day pain has gone-

However, training and playing sports is different- I can't really lift heavy weights and tho I can play soccer I suffer for a day or two after wards.

I've done a small bit of glute work and stretch regularly, which both help. But just when everything seems to be fine I train or play a match and the same problems come back- Mainly a sore/ restrictive hip on the same side of the joint problem (left side) and what feels like a strain on my opposite right hip flexor.

ANyone got any could suggestions on how to manage this better or end the cycle ?- Pilates is something I should probably try but I just dont have the time with 3 part time jobs/studies/ soccer and most importantly a girlfriend!
