Hey folks, I'm just wondering if anyone on here can help me out. Last Thursday week at Gaelic Football training I hurt my shoulder. We were doing a drill with tackling bags, I was holding the bag wrong and my shoulder got driven up. It was sore after training but I didn't think much of it as I thought it would heal. However my shoulder is still hurting and I am getting pins and needles sensations in my hand. I am a guitarist first and foremost and the pain is hurting me when I play. I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me what it is and has anyone got any pointers to get it back to normal, thanks.
